Please note: All attendees including speakers and those presenting a podium or poster presentation are required to fully register and make their own travel and hotel accommodation arrangements.
In order to maintain the scientific integrity of the meeting and facilitate thorough and frank debate of the papers to be presented, representatives of the Press / Media and Legal firms will not be permitted to attend.
For reasons of patient and surgeon confidentiality, and ownership of the intellectual property rights to the material being presented, photography or recording of any kind is not permitted.
